This SAT-Apéro was dedicated to Switzerland’s southern canton of “Tessin” or “Ticino”, where fellow Swiss speak Italian and fully believe in
(now you find out, what that means…)
Not only was there a typical “Polenta” (a dish made from corn semolina) with “Spezzattino” (pork cubes simmered in a wine sauce), but there was also musical entertainment.
Many thanks to our SAT-Member from Ticino, Massimo and his wife Melissa, for the fantastic musical performance which was greatly supported (and incredibly improved) by the famous “Taiwan-SAT-Choir”
